Product Overview
GZW-I, GYW-I flame-retardant explosion-proof pipeline flame arrester adopts a special flame arrestor with a combined structure of 3 to 13 meshes. It can prevent 13 passes of subsonic flames. Effectively ensuring the safety of the pipeline system. Widely used in petrochemical, boiler, gas purification, coal mine gas discharge and other occasions. To meet the requirements of different working conditions, our company produces this product in two types: the commonly used flange pipeline type and the special welded high-pressure pipeline type. The main body can be made of cast steel or stainless steel 304 or 316L materials. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, safe and reliable use, and qualified explosion-proof performance.

Main Features
GZW-I deflagration resistant pipeline flame arrester is a new type of combustible gas pipeline flame arrester, which is a new product.
The flame arrester has been jointly tested by the University of Science and Technology of China and the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, and its performance fully complies with the provisions of GB13347-92 Fire Retarding Performance and Test Methods of flame arrester for Petroleum and Gas Pipelines. The flame arrester has reasonable structure, and the flame retardant layer is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The shell is made of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast steel, which can meet the needs of various process pipelines.
