Overview
The sanitary threaded butterfly valve belongs to the centerline stainless steel soft sealing butterfly valve, and its sealing principle is to ensure that the sealing surface of the valve plate has a suitable surface roughness value during processing. The synthetic rubber valve seat forms a suitable surface roughness value for the sealing surface during molding. When the stainless steel butterfly valve is closed, the sanitary flange butterfly valve rotates through the valve plate, and the outer sealing surface of the valve plate compresses the synthetic rubber seat, causing the synthetic rubber seat to generate elastic deformation and elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the valve.
