The LDVG6013 series electric two-way valve is suitable for on-off control of HVAC water systems, consisting of two parts: the driver and valve body. The valve body is made of high-quality brass casting, and the driver is made of flame-retardant engineering plastic. It has a built-in limit contact switch and a manual valve opening mechanism, which is convenient for debugging and system pressure testing. The B-type driver has a built-in relay that can achieve one line control, multiple valves can be connected in parallel, and can be matched with various temperature control switches to achieve energy-saving operation of the air conditioning system.

Structural features:
1 built-in contact switch, after the valve opening and closing process is completed, the motor is not powered on, resulting in long service life, energy-saving, and particularly safe.

The valve body is separated from the driver and can be quickly disassembled.

The unique structure of the valve body allows for a large pressure difference.

The 4 drivers have a manual control lever for system debugging and maintenance, with a manual opening of about 70% (push the white lever downwards to the bottom position and inward, and when the power is restored, the valve and driver will return to the automatic position).

The 5B driver is equipped with a built-in relay, controlled by one line, and can be equipped with a three-speed switch. It can achieve multi valve parallel connection and can be matched with various temperature control switches. (Special for four control purposes)

Choose a regular driver, and only one electric valve can be equipped with a temperature controller. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not be responsible for any consequences caused.


Installation points:


Before installation, it is necessary to carefully read the instructions, have professional personnel carry out the installation, and strictly follow the wiring diagram for wiring.

2. Electric valves must be installed at a sufficient maintenance distance from surrounding objects and within the reach of maintenance personnel. There should be no electrical equipment below the valve body to avoid danger caused by valve leakage. The driver must be above the level of the valve body.

Before installation, the pipeline must be clean and free of debris, and a 50 mesh (or finer) filter must be installed at the front end of the electric valve.

The medium flow direction of the 4-way electric valve is from B to A; The medium flow direction of the three-way electric valve is from AB to A or B.

Never apply force to the drive during installation, otherwise it may damage the drive; When removing and installing the valve body, never apply force to the spring valve stem that protrudes from the valve cover, otherwise the valve stem will deform and cause water leakage. Do not wrap the drive inside the insulation layer.
